With 15 years of leadership experience, Meredith Sitko, the Executive Vice President at PSI, an ESS Company, is passionate about meeting the needs of the whole child. She is committed to improving outcomes for students through the provision of the many programs and services PSI provides for schools. Meredith’s background as a licensed teacher and registered nurse uniquely positions her to understand the landscape of not only the services PSI provides but also the needs of the schools PSI serves. As a busy mom of 3 active school age children, Meredith can relate first hand to the challenges faced by students, parents, and administrators alike.
Meredith has focused on building the most incredible leadership team to work hand in hand with school administrators on meeting student needs and maintaining compliance. The team is built of licensed credentialed and experienced leaders in all of the specialized fields that support the whole child framework, each as passionate about PSI and serving PSI partner schools as she is.
During her tenure at PSI, Meredith led a significant update and restructure of the PSI Health Services Department, introducing new programmatic services that improved care quality, cost-effectiveness and overall experience for schools and students. This initiative increased employee satisfaction and positively impacted the organization’s financial health. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she guided a team of over 1,000 employees, maintaining stability and continuity of service as well as led the collaboration with the Infectious Disease Team of University Hospitals/UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital to implement a safe and effective return to school amidst the pandemic.
Meredith is a creative, outside of the box leader, driving strategic initiatives to broaden the impact across educational systems. Her goal is to ensure that services meet and exceed the evolving demands of educational and health NEEDS, fostering robust community partnerships and enhancing reach.
