How do I refer a candidate?

Share your love for PSI with your friends and family members. Refer them to us for great employment opportunities and you can earn up to $500* (for PSI employees) and so can the person that you referred.

 

To refer a candidate for consideration, the employee must submit the referral candidate’s name and contact information to the Human Resources team. Please be sure you have the candidate’s permission to provide PSI with their contact information.

 

At PSI, we strive to find the best talent available-people who are caring, compassionate, and who contribute to our organization’s goals. One of the best ways for PSI to find great employees is through our current talent pipeline. If you know someone who would be a great fit for one of our available positions, please send them our way! If they are hired and work for at least 90 days, you will receive a bonus of up to $500* and so will your referral.

Who is eligible?

All PSI staff are eligible to receive a bonus for referring a *NEW* qualified candidate to any full-time, part-time or PRN position.

How much can employees earn?

If the candidate is hired by PSI, you will earn a referral bonus of up to $500*. Both you and your referral must have worked for at least 90 days and be in good standing. The bonus amounts are as follows:

  • Full-time position $500
  • Part-time position $250* (less than 30 hours per week)
  • PRN Substitutes $100*

Your friend/family member gets a great job at PSI and you get a bonus. Plus, there’s NO LIMIT to the number of people you can refer and the number of bonuses you can receive!

Terms and Conditions:

  • Both the referring employee and the referral candidate must be in good standing.
  • The referral candidate is a NEW PSI employee.
  • The referral candidate is not a previous employee of PSI within the last five years.
  • The referral candidate is not currently in the interview process with PSI.
  • PSI’s management team has the final authority to hire and to determine if a referral will qualify for the referral bonus.

*Cash incentives are subject to required deductions and tax withholdings. These earnings will be included in the employee’s year-end gross earnings shown on the IRS W-2 Wage and Tax Statement. If the employment of the new employee or the referring employee terminates prior to the bonus payment date, no payment will be made. PSI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
