If they are hired and work for at least 90 days, you will receive a bonus of up to $500*!

Who is eligible?

All psi staff are eligible to receive a bonus for referring a qualified candidate to any full-time, part-time or PRN position.

How much can employees earn?

If the candidate is hired by psi, you will earn a referral bonus of up to $500*. Both you and your referral must have worked for at least 90 days and be in good standing. The bonus amounts are as follows:

  • Full-time position $500*
  • Part-time position $250* (less than 30 hours per week)
  • PRN Substitutes $100*

Bonuses will be paid on the following pay dates: December 20, March 20, and June 20.

How do I refer a candidate?

To refer a candidate for consideration, the employee must submit the referral candidate’s name and contact information to the Human Resources team via THIS FORM or via email at careers@psi-solutions.org. Please be sure you have the candidate’s permission to provide psi with their contact information.

Terms and Conditions:
• Both the referring employee and the referral candidate must be in good standing.
• The referral candidate is not a previous employee of psi within the last five years.
• The referral candidate is not currently in the interview process with psi.
• PSI’s management team has the final authority to hire and to determine if a referral will qualify for the referral bonus.

*Cash incentives are subject o required deductions and tax withholdings. These earnings will be included in the employee’s year-end gross earnings shown on the IRS W-2 Wage and Tax Statement. If the employment of the new employee or the referring employee terminates prior to the bonus payment date, no payment will be made.
