Bianca brings over six years of comprehensive experience as a speech-language pathologist in both school-based and clinical settings. She earned her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern University, FL, and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competency from ASHA. In 2019, she founded her private practice and partnered with private and public school districts to deliver specialized speech and language therapy and evaluation services as an independent contractor. Her clinical experience has enhanced her ability to adapt to diverse environments and collaborate effectively with allied healthcare professionals to meet the specific needs of varied client populations.

Now serving as a Regional Manager for PSI/Academic Staffing, Bianca applies her expertise and leadership to support therapists and contracted school districts. She oversees and optimizes daily operations within her region, ensures efficient delivery of staffing solutions, provides staff support, and drives regional business growth.
