Yeva is the Vice President of Operations at PSI/Academic Staffing and leads the daily operations for public schools nationwide, ensuring efficient placement and support of special education professionals. In her role, she develops and executes operational strategies to meet the evolving demands of school districts. Yeva serves as school districts’ primary liaison while managing recruiters, account managers, and support staff teams, driving performance and ensuring high-quality services. She is also instrumental in expanding PSI/Academic Staffing’s national reach and identifying new partnerships and opportunities in the public education sector across the U.S.

A bilingual speech-language pathologist, Yeva brings much experience from pediatric and educational settings. She earned her bachelor’s degree from CUNY Brooklyn College, NY, and her master’s from Nova Southeastern University, FL. Certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, Yeva has over a decade of experience working in public and charter schools, where she developed IEP goals, implemented treatment plans, and served as a lead therapist for the Pre-K program in Broward County Public Schools, FL. Since joining PSI/Academic Staffing in 2019, she has been pivotal in fostering relationships with school districts, overseeing therapists, and spearheading the design, implementation, and management of the Speech and Language Evaluation program for Miami-Dade County Public Schools, FL.
